Bu hislere genellikle bir rahatlama ile birlikte olumlu bir etki e\u015flik eder. Beyinde kar\u0131ncalanma &nbsp;hislerine neden olan uyaranlar ki\u015fiden ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015febilir ve bunlar g\u00f6rsel i\u015fitsel, dokunsal veya koku kaynakl\u0131 olabilir ancak ASMR tetikleyicilerinden en yayg\u0131nlar\u0131 g\u00f6rsel ve i\u015fitsel olanlard\u0131r.
