Beyin, al\u0131\u015fk\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u015feyle(zorluk) kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda onu anlamland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 unsur hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, bunlar: zorlu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 uygun yan\u0131t\u0131 vermek i\u00e7in gereken s\u00fcre, yan\u0131t\u0131n verili\u015f yolu ve bu yan\u0131t\u0131n verilmesi durumunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak sonu\u00e7tur(\u00f6d\u00fcl). Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla karar verme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, davran\u0131\u015f ve \u00f6d\u00fcl mekanizmas\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7edir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Beynin \u00d6d\u00fcl Mekanizmas\u0131 Nas\u0131l \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6d\u00fcl mekanizmas\u0131 basit\u00e7e cue(itici g\u00fc\u00e7), davran\u0131\u015f ve sonu\u00e7ta elde edilen \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. \u00d6d\u00fcl yolaklar\u0131n\u0131n fonksiyonel anatomisinde RPE\u2019ler (Reward Prediction Error Signal) \u00f6nemli bir yer tutmaktad\u0131r. Orta Beyinde VTA ( Ventral Tegmental Alan) \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6d\u00fcl yolaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fekillendirilmesinde dopamin salan b\u00f6lge olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6rmektedir. Dopamin, VTA\u2019dan sal\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra MFB( Median Forebrain Bundle) dopaminerjik n\u00f6ronlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla NAcc( Nucleus Accumbens) ve limbik sisteme iletilir. Ba\u015fka bir yolak da VTA ile prefrontal korteks aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 kurar. Sonu\u00e7 olarak zevk yan\u0131t\u0131 ve tatmin duygular\u0131 bu b\u00f6lgelere dopamin iletimiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. RPE\u2019ler ise bu yan\u0131t beklenilenden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011funda dopamin sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ya da beklenilenin \u00fcst\u00fcnde bir \u00f6d\u00fcl elde edildi\u011finde dopamin art\u0131\u015f\u0131 durumlar\u0131nda olu\u015fturulan sinyallerdir. N\u00f6ral geli\u015fim esnas\u0131nda ve \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde bu de\u011fi\u015fimler daha s\u0131k ya\u015fan\u0131yor olsa da yeti\u015fkinlik d\u00f6nemlerinde de beynin fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frat\u0131labilece\u011fi bilinmektedir. Dopamin, reward prediction ile eylemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in gereken motivasyonu ve i\u015fin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken, derin odak (deep work) AcH (asetilkolin) arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla n\u00f6roplastisiteyi tetikler ve uyku esnas\u0131nda da n\u00f6roplastisite arac\u0131l\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimler \u00f6\u011frenilir, peki\u015ftirilir. Endi\u015fe, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 duyma, t\u00fckenme vb. duygular da bu de\u011fi\u015fimin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc dopamin, NE( n\u00f6radrenalin) sistemini bask\u0131layabildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bu de\u011fi\u015fimleri meydana getirebilir. NE aktiflenip dopamin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda basit\u00e7e \u2018\u2019pes edilir.\u2019\u2019 Yani bu duygular\u0131 bir s\u00fcreli\u011fine ya\u015famak beyni o yapmak istemedi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015fe haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in gereklidir. \u015ea\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde beyni adapte etme s\u00fcrecinde DMN( Default Mode Network) daha aktif oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in derin \u00f6\u011frenme esnas\u0131ndaki ak\u0131\u015f(flow) durumuna k\u0131yasla beynin daha fazla enerji harcad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da saptanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, yani ertelemek beyni aktif \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcrecinden daha fazla yormaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geli\u015fim Odakl\u0131 Zihin ve N\u00f6roplastisiteyi Artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in T\u00fcyolar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6n\u00fcp dola\u015fan endi\u015fe verici, geriletici bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131b\u0131ndan kurtulman\u0131n ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 onu tekrar adland\u0131rmakt\u0131r.&nbsp; Beyin verilen mesajlara olduk\u00e7a duyarl\u0131d\u0131r ve tekrarlanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere kendini inand\u0131r\u0131r.
