Parlak \u0131\u015f\u0131klara maruz kalmak, mevsimsel\u00a0duygulan\u0131m bozuklu\u011fu (seasonal affective disorder) olan k\u0131\u015f depresyonundan\u00a0 etkilenmi\u015f insanlar i\u00e7in tedavi edici bir y\u00f6ntem olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   Hava durumlar\u0131n\u0131n da duygudurum hallerini etkiledi\u011fi ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin, nem, insanlar\u0131n daha yorgun ve asabi hissetmelerine neden olabiliyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, atmosfer bas\u0131nc\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimleri de duygusal atmosferi etkileyebiliyor ve ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na neden olabiliyor. Hatta baz\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 ile intihar vakalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda da ili\u015fki oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Deneklerin, g\u00fcne\u015fli havalarda, bulutlu havalara k\u0131yasla nesneleri yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 kat daha fazla hat\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu etki, olumsuz duygudurum halinin dikkat ve sistematik bili\u015fi azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan di\u011fer ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131yla da uyum g\u00f6steriyor.
