Bilgisayar i\u015fletim yap\u0131s\u0131 ikili kodlardan olu\u015furken <strong>(0 ve 1) <\/strong>DNA\u2019m\u0131z d\u00f6rtl\u00fc kodlardan olu\u015fur.Bunlar <strong>A<\/strong>(adenin),<strong>T<\/strong>( timin),<strong>G <\/strong>(guanin),<strong> C<\/strong>(sitozin)\u2019den ibarettir. PCR sayesinde birka\u00e7 sekans\u0131 e\u015f zamanl\u0131 \u00fcretmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda DNA test t\u00fcp\u00fcne konuyor ve dehidre (susuzla\u015ft\u0131rma) ediliyor. E\u011fer \u0131\u015f\u0131k ve s\u0131caktan korunursa DNA\u2019lar\u0131nonbinlerce y\u0131l kadar korunmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veriyi okumak ve geri\nalabilmek i\u00e7in PCR teknolojisini kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece A,C,G, T dizileri ve\nalgoritmalar\u0131 orijinal dijital veriye geri \u00e7evriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PCR y\u00f6ntemi sayesinde\nara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar t\u00fcm DNA kodunu okumak yerine ayn\u0131bilgisayardaki rastgele eri\u015fim\nbelle\u011fi(RAM) gibi, bakt\u0131klar\u0131 yerde veriyi s\u0131f\u0131rlayabilir \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.\u00c7evrim\nesnas\u0131nda baz\u0131 veriler kaybolsa da, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar hata d\u00fczeltme \u015femalar\u0131\nkullanarak, bilgisayarla d\u00fczeltme uyguluyor.Ayr\u0131ca ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar hata d\u00fczeltme\nmetodu ileXOR(exclusiveorlogic) avantaj\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131yor.<br>\n<br>\nCeze: \u201cHer ne kadar g\u00fcvenli olsa da ayn\u0131 hard disklerde\noldu\u011fu gibi, DNA okuma ve yazmada da baz\u0131 hatalar olu\u015fuyor.
