Kayg\u0131lanman\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 baz\u0131 durumlar belli patolojiler ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmakta ya\u015fam kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekte insanlar\u0131 hayatlar\u0131 ile ilgili olmayacak endi\u015felere sokmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum i\u00e7in daha a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131c\u0131 olmak gerekirse e\u011fer \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011fu gelece\u011fi ilgilendiren durumlara kar\u015f\u0131 olmayacak senaryolar \u00fcreten beyinlerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir ki\u015fi kar\u015f\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131ya ge\u00e7erken yola ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir araban\u0131n ona \u00e7arpaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp bu y\u00fczden yola \u00e7\u0131kmaktan bir hayli \u00e7ekinmekte ise bu kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011funa i\u015faret olarak g\u00f6sterilebilir. Ya da eline bir \u00e7aydanl\u0131k ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman d\u00f6k\u00fclece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile \u00e7ay i\u00e7meyi b\u0131rakt\u0131ysa\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kayg\u0131 yani bir di\u011fer ismi ile anksiyete bozuklu\u011funun duygusal baz\u0131 belirtileri vard\u0131r. Endi\u015feli halde ge\u00e7en bir hayat s\u00fcrekli sinirli olma ve k\u00f6t\u00fcye odaklanma gergin hissetme ge\u00e7meyen huzursuzluk bu belirtilerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Fiziksel olarak ise ba\u011f ar\u0131s\u0131 halsizlik titreme nefes almada zorluk gibi belirtilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peki kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011funun tan\u0131 ve tedavisi nas\u0131ld\u0131r?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle bir psikiyatriste ba\u015fvurulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Tan\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6ncelikle uyar\u0131c\u0131 bir ortamda ki\u015finin kayg\u0131dan kurtulabilme yetene\u011fine bak\u0131l\u0131r. Tedavi i\u00e7in bili\u015fsel davran\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131 terapi (BDT) uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BDT\u2019de Temel \u0130lkeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; 1. Kayg\u0131 bozuklu\u011fu olan \u00e7ocuk ve ergenlerde BDT\u2019nin \u00f6ncelikli hedefi uygun olmayan \u00f6\u011frenme ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; 2. \u0130lk olarak \u201c\u015fimdi ve burada\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla \u015fu anki problemlerin k\u00f6kenleri anla\u015f\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.&nbsp; Tedavide a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00e7ocu\u011fun belirtilerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren etmenler \u00fczerinde durulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; 3. Oturumlarda \u00e7ocuk ve aileye baz\u0131 beceriler \u00f6\u011fretilir ve seans i\u00e7erisinde pratik yapmas\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>sa\u011flan\u0131r.
