Bug\u00fcn\nd\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u00fclkesinde dola\u015f\u0131m ve solunum sistemlerinin yapay destek(kalp\nmasaj\u0131 vb) almaks\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131 ve santral sinir sistemi fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131n\ndurmas\u0131 hukuken \u00f6l\u00fcm olarak kabul edilmektedir. Normal bir bulgunun travmatik bir\nlezyonla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekir.(Erkeklerde postmortem bir bulgu olarak\nskrotumun par\u015f\u00f6menle\u015fmesi)<\/li><li>Kan ve v\u00fccut s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131:\nKalp durduktan sonra kan dola\u015f\u0131m sisteminde hareketsiz kalmaktad\u0131r ve kalp\nbo\u015flu\u011funa ve damarlara \u00e7\u00f6kmektedir. <\/li><li>Otoliz: \u00d6l\u00fcmden sonra h\u00fccrelerde\nbulunan par\u00e7alay\u0131c\u0131 enzimler sayesinde h\u00fccrenin yap\u0131ta\u015flar\u0131 olan karbonhidrat,\nya\u011f ve protein par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 meydana gelir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dokunun normal yap\u0131s\u0131\nbozulur. Bu da homeostasinin bozulmas\u0131na, kas\u0131n kas\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n enerji gerektirmezken, gev\u015femesinin ATP kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Lekeler genellikle mor renkliyken rengin koyulu\u011fu cesetteki red\u00fckte(oksijene ba\u011flanmam\u0131\u015f) hemoglobin oran\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Lekelerin meydana gelme zaman\u0131n\u0131 ve v\u00fccutta yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kontrol eden pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Optimal ko\u015fullarda \u00f6l\u00fcmden 3-6 saat sonra g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. <\/em><\/li><li><em>P\u00fctrefaksiyon(Koku\u015fma, Ayr\u0131\u015fma): Cesetlerin genellikle saprofit bakteriler taraf\u0131ndan salg\u0131lanan enzimler taraf\u0131ndan par\u00e7alanmas\u0131 sonucu dokular\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli gaz, s\u0131v\u0131 ve tuzlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesidir. P\u00fctrefikasyon, cesedin bulundu\u011fu ortamdan(nem, s\u0131cakl\u0131k) etkilenebilece\u011fi gibi ki\u015finin ya\u015f\u0131, beslenme durumundan, \u00f6l\u00fcm sebebinden de etkilenebilir. Bakteriler nemli ortamlar\u0131 sevdiklerinden dolay\u0131 \u00f6demli dokularda ayr\u0131\u015fma daha erken ba\u015flar. Akut enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ya da sepsis gibi nedenlerden \u00f6lenlerde daha \u00e7abuk ba\u015flar ve daha h\u0131zl\u0131 seyreder. P\u00fctrefikasyonun da evreleri vard\u0131r. En \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan metotlardan biri\nv\u00fccut s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na bakmakt\u0131r. Normal bir insan\u0131n v\u00fccut s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 37,5\u02daC\u2019tur. \u00d6l\u00fcmden\nsonra her saatte ortalama 1,5\u02daC azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilir. Bu y\u00fczden oral incelemeler de \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r.
