Bununla birlikte ba\u015far\u0131 oran\u0131, ila\u00e7lar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00f6r dokusuna s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 eri\u015fimi, toksisite, \u00e7oklu ila\u00e7 direncinin geli\u015fmesi gibi sebeplerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kal\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda t\u00fcm\u00f6r biyolojisinin daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131yla farkl\u0131 nanosistemler ve biyokonj\u00fcgatlar kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lan hedefli ila\u00e7 vermek gibi yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, minimum d\u00fczeyde yan etkiyle, kanser tedavisini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemoterapinin hedeflenmi\u015f ila\u00e7 tedavisine g\u00f6re verimsiz kalmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri aras\u0131nda antineoplastik ajanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00f6re eri\u015fememesi, daha y\u00fcksek dozlar gerektirmesi ve bu ajanlar\u0131n se\u00e7ici olmayan do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131n ciddi toksisiteye neden olmas\u0131 da yer al\u0131yor. Bu sihirli mermilerin klasik tedavilere eklendi\u011finde dahi kemoterapi veya radyoterapinin etkisini %30 ile %50 oran\u0131nda art\u0131rma potansiyelinin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Bu teknoloji, sadece kanser de\u011fil tip 1 diyabet gibi modern toplumlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemlerinden birine daha \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olma potansiyeline sahip.
