Deri ve kemikler de dahil olmak \u00fczere v\u00fccuttaki her organda bulunan k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6l\u00fcnmelerle bu organlar\u0131 ve dokular\u0131n\u0131 yeniler ve \u00f6zelle\u015ftirir. Bu h\u00fccreler \u00e7e\u015fitli dokulardan elde edilerek \u00e7e\u015fitli tedavilerde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Fakat insanlardan elde edilmesi ve tedavilerde kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131  uzun ve zor bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. \u00d6rne\u011fin ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar kemik ili\u011finden mezankimal k\u00f6k h\u00fccreleri ba\u015far\u0131yla elde eder fakat bu h\u00fccrelerin yeterli miktara kadar \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 haftalar\u0131 al\u0131r. Baz\u0131 tedavi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bu kadar uzun bir s\u00fcre hastay\u0131 zor duruma sokar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzayda k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin \u00e7o\u011falma durumunu ara\u015ft\u0131ran Abba Zubair k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin kal\u0131tsal olarak belli bir say\u0131da \u00e7o\u011falmaya dizayn edildi\u011fini ve bizim onlar\u0131 olabildi\u011fince h\u0131zl\u0131,  ayn\u0131 zamanda karakteristik \u00f6zelliklerini kaybetmeden \u00e7o\u011faltmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6l\u00fcyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131nda \u015fu soruyu soruyor: &#8220;K\u00f6k h\u00fccreler uzayda daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131r m\u0131 ve \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hastalar \u00fczerinde kullan\u0131labilir mi?&#8221; \u0130kinci a\u015famada ise \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin klinik olarak test edilerek tedavide kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bunun yan\u0131nda uzayda \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lan k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler ve normal metodlarla \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lan k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin tedavilerdeki fark\u0131n\u0131n ortaya konmas\u0131 var.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/thumbnails\/image\/bcb2gt.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzayda yap\u0131lan bu h\u00fccre \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131m\u0131 sonucu ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu k\u00f6k h\u00fccreleri inceleyerek yer \u00e7ekimsiz ortam\u0131n h\u00fccreler ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnme mekanizmalar\u0131 \u00fczerine etkilerini ortaya koyacak. Uzun vaadede planlanan ise bu yer \u00e7ekimsiz ortam\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerini taklit ederek k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerin d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde karakteristik \u00f6zellikleri bozulmadan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve tedaviler i\u00e7in yeterli say\u0131da kolayca \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6nemli dercede fark yaratacak kadar fazla say\u0131da k\u00f6k h\u00fccre \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve fel\u00e7 gibi hastal\u0131klara umut \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 oluyor. Uluslararas\u0131 Uzay \u0130stasyonu&#8217;nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla uzaydaki astronotlar\u0131n kalp sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntemle \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilece\u011fi ortaya konuluyor. K\u00f6k h\u00fccreler s\u00fcrekli b\u00f6l\u00fcnebilme ve yeni k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler olu\u015fturma yetene\u011fine sahip h\u00fccrelerdir ve uzaya g\u00f6nderdiklerinde yer \u00e7ekimsiz ortamdan dolay\u0131 insan kalbindeki h\u00fccrelerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 farkl\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 ya\u015fayacaklard\u0131r. Bu farkl\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n incelenebilmesi ile astronotlarda uzun uzay yolculuklar\u0131 sonucunda geli\u015fen kardiyak sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisi kolayla\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6k h\u00fccreler de kendi i\u00e7erisinde b\u00f6l\u00fcnme ve farkl\u0131la\u015fma yeteneklerine g\u00f6re ayr\u0131l\u0131rlar. Neonatal k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler di\u011fer k\u00f6k h\u00fccre tiplerine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131rlar ve daha \u00e7e\u015fitli h\u00fccre tiplerine farkl\u0131la\u015f\u0131rlar. Kemik ili\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi baz\u0131 organ ve dokularda k\u00f6k h\u00fccre sadece bir hasar olu\u015fursa iyile\u015ftirme g\u00f6revine sahiptir. Neonatal kalbindeki k\u00f6k h\u00fccreler ise yeti\u015fkin kardiyovesk\u00fcler k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7o\u011falma yetene\u011fine sahiptirler ve doku onar\u0131m\u0131nda daha yeteneklidirler.
