Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015fu s\u0131ralar stres alt\u0131nda veya yaln\u0131z hissetmemiz genel olarak normal olsa da e\u011fer bu durumu kendi ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za atlatmakta zorlan\u0131yorsan\u0131z ve \u00e7aresiz hissediyorsan\u0131z l\u00fctfen yard\u0131m almaktan ve size destek olacak birilerine ula\u015fmaktan \u00e7ekinmeyin, yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 unutmay\u0131n. Setpoint teorisi:&nbsp;Ki\u015finin, do\u011fdu\u011funda genleri ve ki\u015fili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konan belli bir mutluluk seviyesine sahip oldu\u011funu, hayat\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olaylar\u0131n da bu seviyeyi farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerde etkiledi\u011fini dile getirmektedir (1).&nbsp;Eninde sonunda da&nbsp;ki\u015finin en ba\u015ftaki mutluluk derecesine geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. E\u011fer bu durum ger\u00e7ekse, ki\u015finin kendini daha mutlu etmek i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feyler ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan onu mutlu etme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sadece k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7in etkili olur,&nbsp;diyebiliriz (2). Psikolojide yayg\u0131n olan bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce bi\u00e7imine ters olarak ekonomi ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, ki\u015finin hayat ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n (maa\u015f miktar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere) mutlulu\u011funu da kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak etkiledi\u011fini ortaya koyar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psikolojideki&nbsp;setpoint teorisinin&nbsp;veya adaptasyon seviyesi teorisinin genel olarak dayand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131&nbsp;\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, 1978 y\u0131l\u0131nda ciddi kaza ge\u00e7irmi\u015f olan ki\u015filerle yap\u0131lan anketlerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (3). \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma boyunca ciddi kaza ge\u00e7irmi\u015f bireylerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bireylerden daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir mutluluk ortalamas\u0131na sahip olsalar da \u2018beklendi\u011fi kadar da \u00fczg\u00fcn olmad\u0131klar\u0131\u2019 dile getirilmi\u015ftir (1). Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da kazadan ruhsal olarak kal\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde etkilenmedikleri \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve&nbsp;bununla&nbsp;alakal\u0131 teoriler ortaya konuldu\u011fundan beri benzer sorulara cevap arayan bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;Bu&nbsp;sorulardan en \u00f6nemlilerinden biri de engelli bireylerin hayatlar\u0131ndan ne kadar memnun olduklar\u0131d\u0131r. Konu hakk\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan Mehnert ve ark. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funluk olarak, vir\u00fcs kapma endi\u015fesiyle bize mutluluk veren \u00e7o\u011fu aktiviteden uzak durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.&nbsp;Bundan dolay\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumumuzun k\u00f6t\u00fcye gitmesinden bile korkmam\u0131z, hislerimiz ve g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz davran\u0131\u015flar \u00fczerinde belirleyici oluyor. Tabii ki, mutluluk-sa\u011fl\u0131k ili\u015fkisinde iki t\u00fcrl\u00fc bir etkile\u015fim s\u00f6z konusudur ancak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar hayat kalitesini daha fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren sa\u011fl\u0131k durumlar\u0131n\u0131n,&nbsp;ki\u015finin mutlulu\u011funu azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r (1). Amerika\u2019da her y\u0131l yap\u0131lan anketler:&nbsp;\u0130lerleyen ya\u015f ile mutlulu\u011fun&nbsp;daha da&nbsp;azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ki\u015finin bozulan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na mental olarak adapte olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir (1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>MUTLULUK VE MENTAL HASTALIKLAR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ki\u015finin mutluluk seviyesini ve genel olarak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli durumlardan biri de mental hastal\u0131klard\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu insan bu bozukluklar hakk\u0131nda yeterli bir fark\u0131ndal\u0131k seviyesine sahip olmasa da hayat kalitesini ciddi anlamda etkileyen bir\u00e7ok ruhsal hastal\u0131k bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu yaz\u0131 tabii ki her birine yeteri kadar yer vermeme elveri\u015fli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle birka\u00e7 tanesinden bahsetmek ve bu hastal\u0131klar\u0131n bireylerin mutluluk seviyeleriyle nas\u0131l ili\u015fkili olduklar\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;sizlere anlatmak istiyorum. Her insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n bir noktas\u0131nda anksiyete ile m\u00fccadele etmi\u015ftir.&nbsp;\u00d6rnek olarak&nbsp;s\u0131nav \u00f6ncesi stresli hissetmek, \u00f6nemli bir karar vermeden \u00f6nce endi\u015felenmek gibi yayg\u0131n durumlar\u0131&nbsp;verebiliriz&nbsp;(6).&nbsp;Anksiyete hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ise&nbsp;bundan \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131d\u0131r. Ki\u015finin hayat kalitesini ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck aktivitelerini olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkileyip \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 semptomlarla kendini belli edebilir, uzun bir d\u00f6nem boyunca ki\u015fi benzer bir duygu durumuna mazur kalabilir. Tetikleyicileri de yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli olsa da yayg\u0131n olan birka\u00e7\u0131:&nbsp;Fobiler, travma sonras\u0131 stres bozuklu\u011fu, obsesif-kompulsif bozukluktur (7). Depresyonun farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrleri farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde ki\u015fiyi etkileyebilir ve farkl\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flarla kendini g\u00f6sterebilir ancak ayn\u0131 zamanda ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6zel durumlar\u0131n bir sonucu olarak da olu\u015fabilir (8). Bunlara \u00f6rnek olarak postpartum depresyon ve mevsimsel depresyon gibi durumlar verilebilir. Postpartum depresyon, do\u011fum \u00f6ncesi veya sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemdeki kad\u0131nlarda %5-20 oran\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir (9). Ancak bu durum do\u011fum yapan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %50-70\u2019inde g\u00f6r\u00fclen (9) ve normal s\u0131n\u0131rda seyreden bir \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc ve endi\u015fe hali&nbsp;olan \u201cPostpartum Blues\u201d&nbsp;farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Depresyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda annenin bebe\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 ilgisizli\u011fi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar ve anne, bebe\u011fine yeterli ve do\u011fru ilgiyi verememekten korkar. Annenin ve bebe\u011fin hayat\u0131n\u0131 yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde etkileyen depresyonun bazen dile getirilmesi bile zordur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>MUTLULUK VE DEPRESYONUN GENET\u0130\u011e\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutlulu\u011fun tan\u0131m\u0131 ne kadar zor olursa olsun hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her alan\u0131ndaki etkisi a\u015fikard\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu \u015feyin bizim i\u00e7in de\u011ferini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken ve hissederken bizi ne kadar mutlu etti\u011fini, refah seviyemizi ne y\u00f6nde etkiledi\u011fini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundururuz. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ayn\u0131 zamanda mutlulu\u011fun ve y\u00fcksek bir refah seviyesinin, ki\u015finin elde etti\u011fi ba\u015far\u0131larda, i\u015f performans\u0131nda ve \u00fcstte de bahsetti\u011fim gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k durumunda da etkileyici oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir (10).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutluluk ve ki\u015filik ili\u015fkisi de merak edilen ve ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00f6nemli konulardan bir tanesidir. Ancak ki\u015finin mutluluk ve refah seviyelerinin incelenmesinde ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesinde hala farkl\u0131l\u0131klar bulunmakta ve bu durum, meta-analizler gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar de\u011ferlendirilirken g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6yle \u00f6znel bir parametrenin kal\u0131tsal olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi zorlu bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcrecini gerektirmektedir (13). Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar mutluluk \u00f6l\u00e7eklerinin kal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n; pop\u00fclasyon ve ki\u015filerin i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 hayat ko\u015fullar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda da de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir (14).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maj\u00f6r depresyonun kal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 inceledi\u011fimizde ilk olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar bize depresyonun kad\u0131nlarda erkeklerden daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermektedir (15). \u015ea\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olarak ayn\u0131 zamanda bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kad\u0131nlarda erkeklerden daha \u2018kal\u0131t\u0131labilir\u2019 oldu\u011fu da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir (15). Erkekler ve kad\u0131nlarda depresyonla ili\u015fkilendirilen genetik fakt\u00f6rlerin \u00e7o\u011fu ortak olsa da bu etkenler ki\u015fiyi etkilerken yine de cinsiyete \u00f6zg\u00fc etkiler yaratabilmektedir.&nbsp;Beklenebilece\u011fi gibi&nbsp;depresyon ve bir\u00e7ok mental hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n genetik alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok engelle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer hastal\u0131klarda oldu\u011fu gibi, hen\u00fcz hastal\u0131\u011fa neden oldu\u011fu kesin olarak literat\u00fcre kaydedilmi\u015f bir gen bulunmamaktad\u0131r ancak hala GWAS (Genome-wide Association Studies) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam etmektedir. Bunun en \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri de bu tip hastal\u0131klar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00e7ok fazla yola\u011f\u0131n etkili olabilmesidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin farkl\u0131 molek\u00fcllerden ve metabolik yolaklardan \u00e7\u0131kan iki sonu\u00e7 da maj\u00f6r depresyonun g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine neden olabilir (15).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>SONU\u00c7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutluluk, bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde tan\u0131mlanan ve farkl\u0131 hislerle ili\u015fkilendirilen bir durumdur. Muhtemelen hepimiz i\u00e7in \u00e7o\u011fu \u015feyin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde baz al\u0131nan bir ruh halidir ayn\u0131 zamanda.
