Ben bu yaz\u0131mda sizlere kanser olu\u015fumunu tetikleyen Onkogenik DNA Vir\u00fcsleri\u2019nden bahsedece\u011fim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\">Human Papilloma Vir\u00fcs\u00fc:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">-Bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 tipi bulunan HPV, insanda <strong>as\u0131l olarak si\u011fillere <\/strong>neden olur. HPV genomu konak genomuna\nentegre olur ve E6-E7 proteinlerinde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ekspresyona sebep olur. E7 proteini\nRb geni \u00fczerinden kanser progresyonuna katk\u0131da bulunur ve ayr\u0131ca CDK\ninhibit\u00f6rlerini de aktive eder. E6 proteini ise p53\u2019e ba\u011flanarak tamamlay\u0131c\u0131\nbir etki sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">-HPV vir\u00fcs\u00fc yukar\u0131daki etkilerle tek ba\u015f\u0131na\nkansere yol a\u00e7amaz. Bilim insanlar\u0131 vir\u00fcs\u00fcn \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerle uyum i\u00e7inde\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p kansere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background has-very-light-gray-background-color\">-Son olarak, HPV enfeksiyonu sonucu servikste\nolu\u015fan kanserleri HPV a\u015f\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00f6nlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\">Epstein Barr Vir\u00fcs\u00fc:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#c9e8f5\" class=\"has-background\">-Nam\u0131di\u011fer \u00d6p\u00fcc\u00fck Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 (monon\u00fckleoz sendromu) yapan vir\u00fcst\u00fcr. Kanser a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bakarsak, ilk olarak Burkitt Lenfoma ile ili\u015fkilendiriliyordu. EBV\u2019deki LMP1 geni onkogenik\netki yaparak ve BCL2 \u00fczerinden apoptozu engelleyerek lenfomaya yol a\u00e7ar. Bu\narada LMP1 geni ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in denetim alt\u0131nda\ntutulur. Lenfoma h\u00fccreleri yaln\u0131zca translokasyonlar ve MYC aktivasyonu ile\nortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Sonra da MYC geni LMP1 genini\nazaltarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131ktan ka\u00e7may\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#c9e8f5\" class=\"has-background\">-Burkitt Lenfomadan k\u0131saca bahsedersek;\nAfrika\u2019da belli b\u00f6lgelerde endemik ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n di\u011fer b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde sporadik\nolarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Burada ilgin\u00e7 olan bir konu var, Burkitt Lenfomada LMP1 gen\nekspresyonu g\u00f6r\u00fclmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#c9e8f5\" class=\"has-background\">-Nazofarinks Kanseri ise; g\u00fcney \u00c7in ve baz\u0131\nb\u00f6lgelerde endemiktir. LMP1 ekspresyonu yan\u0131 s\u0131ra VEGF, FGF-2, MMP-9 ve COX-2\ngibi onkogeneze katk\u0131da bulunabilecek pro-anjiyogenik fakt\u00f6rlerde eksprese\nolur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 style=\"text-align:center\">Hepatit B Vir\u00fcs\u00fc:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#d5fbe8\" class=\"has-background\">-\u0130lk olarak HBV ve HCV\u2019den k\u0131saca bahsedece\u011fim. Hepatosell\u00fcler kanser olu\u015fumunda , kronik HBV ile HCV enfeksiyonlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kuvvetli bir ba\u011f vard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyadaki HCC\u2019lerin %70-95\u2019i HBV veya HCV yoluyla meydana gelir. Bu etki sonucu hepatositlerde proliferasyon meydana geliyor ve anjiyogenez de te\u015fvik ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#d5fbe8\" class=\"has-background\">-Kronik enflamasyondaki aktive edilmi\u015f ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k h\u00fccreleri, hepatositlerdeki n\u00fckleer fakt\u00f6r yolunu uyar\u0131r ve apoptoz \u00f6nlenir. Bilim insanlar\u0131 bu basama\u011f\u0131n kanser olu\u015fumundaki en \u00f6nemli basamak oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#d5fbe8\" class=\"has-background\">-Ayr\u0131ca HBV\u2019nin genomunda HBx adl\u0131 bir gen\nbulunuyor. HBx geni \u00e7e\u015fitli transkripsiyon fakt\u00f6rlerini ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da sinyal\nileti\u015fim yolunu aktive ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#d5fbe8\" class=\"has-background\">-Bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m g\u00fcn(28 Temmuz) D\u00fcnya\nHepatit g\u00fcn\u00fc. HAV ve HBV vir\u00fcslerinin a\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 mevcut ve HCV i\u00e7inde etkili bir\ntedavi var.
