Her birinden fekal bir \u00f6rnek\nal\u0131nd\u0131 ve davran\u0131\u015fsal \u00f6zellikler, beslenme \u015fekli, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ve sosyodemografi\ngibi totalde 44 \u00f6zelli\u011fi de\u011ferlendiren bir anket uyguland\u0131. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ayr\u0131ca bireylere do\u011fum \u015fekilleri, bebekken nas\u0131l beslendikleri,\nson 6 ayda antibiyotik kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve probiyotik takviyesi al\u0131p almad\u0131klar\u0131 da\nsoruldu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fekal \u00f6rnek tahlil sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ve anket cevaplar\u0131n\u0131n\nkar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla birtak\u0131m \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar yap\u0131ld\u0131.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131m\u0131zda bulunan 7 bakteri cinsi\ndavran\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yak\u0131ndan etkiliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin sosyallik derecesi fazla olan\nki\u015filer <a>Akkermansia<\/a>, Lactococcus ve Oscillospira\nt\u00fcrlerini daha \u00e7ok bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rken <a>Desulfovibrio <\/a>ve\nSutterella t\u00fcrlerinin miktar\u0131 bu ki\u015filerde daha az bulundu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u00d6nceki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda Oscillospira t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck\nmiktarlar\u0131n\u0131n inflamatuvar hastal\u0131klarla ili\u015fkili oldu\u011fu ve Akkermansia t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\nde antiinflamatuvar \u00f6zelli\u011finin bulundu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015fti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Desulfovibrio t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ise otizmli bireylerde olduk\u00e7a fazla\nbulundu\u011fu biliniyor. Hatta otizm patofizyolojisinde \u00f6nemli bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011fu \u00f6ne\ns\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nevrotik e\u011filimleri fazla olan ki\u015filerin Corynebacterium ve\nStreptococcus t\u00fcrlerini daha az i\u00e7erdikleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu sonu\u00e7, \u00fczerlerinde\ndepresyon olu\u015fturulan ratlarda Corynebacterium t\u00fcrlerinin azalmas\u0131yla\nsonu\u00e7lanan bir deneyle de uygunluk g\u00f6steriyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mikrobiyotan\u0131n total bakteri \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi de incelenmi\u015f ve bununla\nilgili baz\u0131 yorumlamalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re mikrobiyota \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi daha fazla olan ki\u015filer sosyal hayatlar\u0131nda da aktif ki\u015filer olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Nispeten daha az bakteri \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine sahip ki\u015filerin ise ya\u015famlar\u0131nda daha az networke sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
