Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00dclkelerinde 15 ya\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6nce fiziksel ve cinsel istismara u\u011framak, yak\u0131n partner \u015fiddet i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck risk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
