Kayg\u0131 ve\nbelirsizlik ise ya\u015fan\u0131lan endi\u015fe ve tedirginli\u011fi daha \u00e7ok art\u0131r\u0131yor. Baz\u0131 mecralarda salg\u0131n d\u00f6neminde yap\u0131lan \u201cdaha fazla okuyucu veya izleyici\u201d odakl\u0131, dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in u\u00e7 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00f6rneklere yer verilen haberlerin ve sosyal medyada s\u00fcrekli olarak pandemi hakk\u0131nda payla\u015f\u0131lan g\u00f6nderilerin toplumun ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkiledi\u011fi ve gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusun sosyal medyada \u00e7ok zaman ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu durumdan daha fazla etkilendi\u011fi bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri aras\u0131nda. Bu haberler ayn\u0131 zamanda toplumda pani\u011fi, endi\u015feyi ve bazen de damgalamay\u0131 ( \u00d6rn: Asya halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131)\u00a0 art\u0131rabiliyor. Bu tutum ve davran\u0131\u015flar ise gen\u00e7lerin ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiliyor.<span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px\"> <\/span><sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eimdi \u00c7in\u2019de yap\u0131lan ba\u015fka bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmayla devam edelim,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, sosyal sermayenin uyku kalitesi \u00fczerindeki etkilerini ve Ocak 2020&#8217;de \u00c7in&#8217;in merkezindeki 2019 koronavir\u00fcs hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 (COVID-19) salg\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda evde 14 g\u00fcn boyunca kendini izole eden ki\u015filerde yer alan mekanizmalar\u0131 incelemek amac\u0131yla yine bir anket ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anket sorular\u0131 \u201cBireysel sosyal sermaye \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d PSCI-16 \u201cKendini De\u011ferlendirme Anksiyete \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi\u201d (SAS) stres d\u00fczeyini \u00f6l\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u201cStanford Akut Stres Tepkisi (SASR) anketi\u201d ve uyku kalitesini \u00f6l\u00e7mek i\u00e7in \u201cPittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi \u0130ndeksi (PUQI)\u201d anketi kullan\u0131larak olu\u015fturulmu\u015f. Elde edilen verileri ile kayg\u0131, stres, uyku ve sosyal sermayenin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi hedeflenmi\u015f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"H2\">Burada ufak bir parantez a\u00e7arak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada s\u0131k s\u0131k bahsedilen <strong>sosyal sermaye<\/strong>nin ne anlama geldi\u011fine de\u011finmek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sosyal\nsermaye kavram\u0131 ilk olarak 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda Frans\u0131z sosyolog Portes taraf\u0131ndan\nortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Portes bu terimi sosyal g\u00fcven, aidiyet, sosyal kat\u0131l\u0131m ve bireylerin\nbirbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 duyduklar\u0131 inan\u00e7 gibi ki\u015finin toplumsal a\u00e7\u0131dan sahip oldu\u011fu potansiyel\nkaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7eren kal\u0131c\u0131 bir a\u011f \u015feklinde ifade etmi\u015ftir. 1997 y\u0131l\u0131nda Lynch, bu\ntan\u0131m\u0131n konseptini geli\u015ftirerek sosyal sermayeyi, sosyal kayna\u015fma yaratma\niste\u011finin bir getirisi olan topluluk faaliyetlerine kat\u0131l\u0131mda g\u00fcven\nili\u015fkilerini \u00f6nceleyen insan ili\u015fkilerini ifade eden bir kavram olarak\ntan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tan\u0131m\u0131n daha anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u00e7a birbiriyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan\nsosyal sermaye ve sosyal destek kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n farklar\u0131na de\u011finmek gerekiyor. Sosyal\ndestek, sosyal a\u011flar\u0131n boyutunu ve kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 temsil ederken i\u00e7erisinde ortakl\u0131k\nili\u015fkilerini, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 bilgi al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi veya maddi i\u015flevleri de bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r ve\nbunlar \u00fczerinde olu\u015fturulur. &nbsp;Sosyal\nsermaye ise sosyal g\u00fcven, aidiyet ve sosyal kat\u0131l\u0131m ilkeleri temelinde var\nolmaktad\u0131r.
