Bal ar\u0131lar\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinden toplanarak par\u00e7aland\u0131 ve melittin sentezlendi. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7larda bal ar\u0131s\u0131 zehri ve melittinin, TNBC (Triple-Negative Breast Cancer) ve HER2 ile zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f meme kanseri h\u00fccrelerinin canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlendi. Ayn\u0131 zamanda membran bozulmas\u0131 ve kaspaz 3 arac\u0131l\u0131 apoptoz yoluyla h\u00fccre \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcnde de etkisi g\u00f6zlendi. Bu nedenle<em>, in vivo<\/em>&nbsp;bir TNBC allogreft fare modelinde melittin tedavisi Dosetaksel (kemoterapi ilac\u0131) tedavisi ile birle\u015ftirildi&nbsp;ve bu kombinasyonun kanser h\u00fccresi proliferasyonunu ve t\u00fcm\u00f6r b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ke\u015ffedildi. \u0130lgin\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerde &nbsp;PD-L1(the levels of the immune-checkpoint protein programmed death ligand-1) seviyeleri de melittin taraf\u0131ndan azalt\u0131ld\u0131. Melittin bu nedenle kemoterapi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda TNBC&#8217;lerde yayg\u0131n olan t\u00fcm\u00f6r mikro ortam\u0131n\u0131n imm\u00fcn bask\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 etkilerini azaltabilir.
