Bu kavram\u0131n i\u015fitsel sessizli\u011fin \u00f6tesinde pek \u00e7ok hali var. Kitapta bizlere bedensel, dikkate dayal\u0131, g\u00f6rsel sessizlik gibi her hali ile birbirinden \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 konseptler sunuluyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitab\u0131 kapatt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda fark ettim ki her bir sayfada alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi\u011fim \u00e7ok fazla fikir, deney ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma vard\u0131. Hepsi hayat\u0131mda farkl\u0131 bir olayla \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fti.
